A man is in law enforcement custody immediately after a girl described to police she was kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and held captive which has a useless woman inside of a Palm Metropolis property.
A person was arrested on Thursday afternoon for allegedly kidnapping a girl at gunpoint, sexually assaulting her, then keeping her captive during the same Palm Town property wherever your body of the useless woman was identified.
San Diego Law enforcement Department dispatchers been given experiences from the 43-year-old girl on March fifteen about 12:05 p.m. who explained to authorities she were kidnapped by a man having a gun at Palm Avenue and Saturn Boulevard.
Officers using the San Diego Law enforcement Department Southern Division responded into the scene and found the lady, who even further stated “…for about the final 24 several hours, she were held captive by a male suspect at a close by residence,” a press launch from Lieutenant Jud Campbell of San Diego police mentioned.
The girl, whose identification wasn’t immediately designed out there to media, informed officers she experienced known the male suspect for about per week ahead of the incident.

The woman escaped her captivity and flagged down a passing motorist who known as 9-1-1.

Banda was arrested and booked into County Jail for sexual assault under duress and kidnapping. He was staying held on $100,000 bail.
Authorities explained that is an ongoing investigation, and no other suspects are believed to become included.
